This Sunday is World Laughter Day. Taking place on the first Sunday of May each year, the day was founded by Dr. Madan Kataria (founder of Laughter Yoga). The purpose of World Laughter Day is to promote world peace and positivity, bringing happiness and friendship through laughter. With so much negativity spurting out from the news and across social media, it will be a weight off to be involved in this incredible day.

I absolutely love this film – if you haven’t seen it, put it on your high priority list. Starring Ben Stiller again, Cameron Diaz and Matt Dillon (to name a few), the film is based on ridiculous antics of the love rivals, in an attempt to date Mary (Cameron Diaz)).

Ryan Reynolds plays a bad-ass, bad-mouthed superhero who kills everyone in his path in the funniest way possible. I have literally seen this film 9 times – and I would watch it again!
