Check Out These Key Spring/Summer 2019 Trends You Can Buy In The Sales

Hey Lovelies!

With the commencement of 2019 well underway, it’s time to check out the key trends for S/S 2019. Before you rush out to buy some skinny jeans in the January sales, check out what’s going to a fashion hit this year and grab yourself some spring/summer fashion items at a bargain price. A top tip is to look for items of colour (especially beige varieties and pastels), the boho style, suits and wide legged trousers (all set to be key fashion trends this year)).

1.Above-Knee Split Skinny Jeans: Blue Sinner High Waisted Side Split Skinny Jeans, £11 (Was £28), www.missguided.co.uk

Whilst there appears to be no end in sight for the skinny jeans trend, 2019’s look will encompass the above-the-knee or higher split rip. Should you wish to God not to have to squeeze into another pair as long as you live, you will be pleased to know that flares will still have a huge place. Phew!

2.Sequins: 2 In 1 Chiffon Top Sequin Skirt Bodycon Dress, £26.25 (Was £32), www.boohoo.com

The party season may have come and gone (sadly), but (love them or hate them)), sequins are set to stay. Make a statement in this gorgeous 2-in-1 bodycon dress which is so on-trend and will remain so for the foreseeable.

3.Zebra Print: Zebra Print Tote Bag, £11.19 (Was £15.99), www.newlook.com

Animal print has been just about everywhere (to the point where I’m wondering whether we are all in fact about to embark upon safari). I’m not a huge lover of this trend, but it’s going nowhere. This year leopard print will remain solid, but there’s a new animal in town and it’s the zebra. If, like me, you are not a massive fan, why not simply nod to the trend by way of a sassy tote such as this one you can pick up in the sales?

4.Floral: Floral Print Random Self Tie Cami Dress, £8.99, www.shein.co.uk

Now this is a trend I can get on-board with. Channelling my inner hippie, I am all about the flower-power vibe – and there’s nothing better than the sun shining on a beautiful floral dress to make you feel good. Versace is so right! Big bold statement prints are going to be a hit so why not dazzle in this gorgeous dress by Shein – and only £8.99. #Happydays.

5.Western Boots: Freya Stitch Detail Cowboy Boots, £20 (Was £35) Boohoo.com

There’s something truly awesome about cowboy boots (every time I buy some I feel like I should definitely be living the cowgirl dream in America). Oh well, I will have to settle for wearing some cool boots for now – and there is nothing better than a pair of these little gems. Team them with a floral dress (see above). #Lovethesales. #Lovingthetrend!

6.Satin and Lace Trends: Asos Design Tailored Occasion Satin Single Breasted Blazer, £38.50 (Was £55), www.asos.com

I am so happy that lace and satin are two key material trends for spring/summer. They instantly transform your look into one of sexy sassiness and they feel SO GOOD! Satin and suits are going to be massive this season, so now that I have found this I will be looking for the satin trousers – and my life will be complete!
